活血通络法药物熏蒸治疗腰间盘突出症急性期84例的护理体会

目的：观察采用活血通络法药物熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症急性期的效果及护理干预措施。方法：回顾性分析84例腰椎间盘突出症急性期采用中药熏蒸的方法进行治疗患者的临床资料，总结其护理干预措施及注意事项。结果：治愈29例（34．5％），显效27例（32．1％），有效25例（29．8％），无效3例（3．6％）。治疗期间未发生1例烫伤、药疹、摔倒、感冒等不良事件。结论：采用中医活血通络中药的熏蒸治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症患者效果显著，在护理中加强对患者熏蒸方法及注意事项的宣教，注意熏蒸前后室温控制及熏蒸温度的控制，密切观察熏蒸期间患者病情变化，能够有效的提高治疗效果，减少医疗事故的发生。

Nursing experience for treating 84 cases of acute stage lumbar disc herniation by the Huoxue Tongluo medicament fumigation

Objective： To observe the effect and nursing intervention measures of Huoxue Tongluo medicament fumigation in the acute stage of treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods： Clinical data of 84 cases of lumbar disc herniation with herbal fumigation treatment was retrospectively analyzed; the nursing intervention measures and precautions were summarized. Results： 29 cases were cured （34.5%）, effective in 27 cases （32.1%）, effective in 25 cases （29.8%）, invalid in 3 cases （3.6%）. 1 cases of adverse events, medicament eruption, falls, burns cold did not occur during treatment. Conclusion： The effect of the Huoxue Tongluo medicament fumigation was remarkable for treating acute stage lumbar disc herniation, strengthen education of fumigation methods and precautions, pay attention to control room temperature control and temperature before and after fumigation, close observation of disease changes during fumigation, can improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the occurrence of medical accidents.
