肢体大面积皮肤缺损用湿性敷料与VSD的观察与护理

目的：探讨湿性敷料与封闭负压引流术（Vacuum Sealing Drainage，VSD）在治疗肢体皮肤缺损的观察及护理方法。方法：对2011年9月~2012年9月收治的创伤后肢体皮肤缺损10例，应用湿性敷料及封闭负压引流术配合治疗。结果：10例患者中，6例1周后去除负压吸引敷料，发现创面肉芽组织生长良好。3例大面积皮肤软组织污染特别严重创面，行负压引流治疗2～3次，伤口处于上皮爬行期，预后良好。1例行皮瓣转移术，皮瓣成活，伤口愈合。结论：湿性敷料配合创面封闭负压引流术是治疗皮肤大面积缺损的有效方法之一。

Observation and nursing on treating large area skin defect of limbs by moist dressings and VSD

Objective： To investigate the effect and nursing method of moist dressings and vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） on treating skin defect of limbs. Methods： From September 2011 to September 2012, 10 cases of post-traumatic limb skin defects were given moist dressings and VSD treatment. Results： In 10 cases, 6 patients removal of negative pressure and dressing after one week, found that the growth of granulation tissue good. 3 cases of large area skin and soft tissue pollution is particularly serious wound, treated for 2-3 times by VSD, wound in epithelial crawling stage, the prognosis is good. 1 case was treated by transposition of skin flap, flap survival, wound healing. Conclusion： Moist dressings combined with wound VSD is one of the effective methods for treating large area skin defects.
