应用推拿、针灸以及物理疗法对61例神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效观察

目的：探究神经根型颈椎病患者采用针灸、推拿以及物理疗法进行治疗的效果评价。方法：将122例按随机的方式分为针推配合物理疗法的综合组61例以及单纯采用推拿和针灸方式治疗的针推组61例，治疗4周后观察两组患者的治愈情况、疼痛量表情况以及临床症状积分情况。结果：综合组神患者的痊愈率、总有效率、疼痛改善情况和临床症状改善情况均明显优于针推组，差距有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：颈椎病属于神经根型的患者治疗时采用针灸治疗和推拿治疗的同时配合物理治疗的疗效理想。

Clinical effect observation on treating 61 cases of nerve root type cervical spondylosis by massage, acupuncture and physical therapy

Objective： To investigate the effect evaluation on treating 61 cases of nerve root type cervical spondylosis by massage, acupuncture and physical therapy. Methods： 122 cases were randomly divided into comprehensive group, in the comprehensive group 61 cases were treated by acupuncture combined with physical therapy; the acupuncture group 61 cases were treated by massage and acupuncture, treatment of two groups were observed in patients with cure, pain scale and integral of clinical symptoms after 4 weeks. Results： In the comprehensive group patients with the cure rate, the total efficiency, improvement in pain and improvement of clinical symptoms were better than the acupuncture group, there was statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating nerve root type cervical spondylosis by massage, acupuncture and physical therapy have a satisfactory effect.
