糖尿病患者腰椎管狭窄症手术治疗的围术期护理

目的：分析糖尿病患者腰椎管狭窄症行手术治疗的围手术期特点，探讨完善的护理措施。方法：对2011年1月～2012年10月行手术的37例糖尿病患者在围手术期采取心理指导、饮食宣教、血糖监测等护理措施。结果：通过施行充分全面的护理措施，患者手术后切口均I期愈合，无1例发生切口感染等并发症，均痊愈出院。结论：对于高龄糖尿病患者，在围手术期应积极进行心理干预、饮食调节、控制围手术期血糖以及专科护理指导等，对保证手术疗效具有重要意义。

Perioperative care of diabetic patients with lumbar spinal stenosis surgery treatment

Objective： To analyze of surgically pefioperative characteristics of diabetic patients with lumbar spinal stenosis, explore comprehensive care measures. Methods： From January 2011 to October 2012, 37 surgical patients with diabetes were given psychological guidance, diet missionary, blood glucose monitoring and other care measures in the perioperative period. Results： Through the implementation of a fully comprehensive care measures in patients with post-operative incisions were stage I healing, no cases of wound infection and other complications were cured. Conclusion： For elderly patients with diabetes, in the perioperative period should actively psychological intervention, dietary regulation, control of perioperative blood glucose, as well as specialist care guidance, to ensure surgical treatment has an important significance.
