摘    要:载脂蛋白A-I(ApoA-I)是载脂蛋白A 家族中最早发现的蛋白,在脂质代谢过程中具有重要作用,主要参与胆固醇的合成及转运。ApoA-I 与高脂血症及动脉粥样硬化的发生息息相关,临床上已经将血浆ApoA-I/ApoB 作为高脂血症的指标之一。本文就ApoA-I 基因多态性及其对胆固醇合成逆转(RCT)关系的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Apolipoprotein A-I (apoA-I) is a member of the apolipoprotein A family, which was discovered the earliest. It has an important role in the regulation of lipid metabolism, which mainly includes cholesterol synthesis and transfer. Therefore, apoA-I is closely related to hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis. Clinically, serum ApoA-I/ApoB has been used as one of the indexes of hyperlipidemia. This article reviewed the study progress in ApoA-I's gene polymorphism and its relationship with reverse cholesterol transport (RCT).
