人工鼻在人工气道湿化中的效果对比分析

摘    要:[目的]探讨气管切开行人工通气病人应用人工鼻进行气道湿化的效果。[方法]103例经气管切开行人工通气(COPD)病人按随机分组分为人工鼻组和常规组,观察对比两组病人刺激性咳嗽、痰液黏稠度、经皮血氧饱和度、心率和护理时数等指标。[结果]应用人工鼻进行气道湿化较常规间断注入湿化能减少病人刺激性咳嗽、降低痰液黏稠度,减慢心率、提高氧饱和度,同时减少护理时数。[结论]人工鼻应用于气管切开病人进行气道管理,达到理想的加温湿化效果,并具有过滤功能,值得临床广泛应用。

Abstract:Objective:To probe into the effect of applying artificial nose for respiratory management and airway humidification of patients undergoing artificial ventilation after incision of trachea. Methods: A total of 103 COPD patients undergoing artificial ventilation per incision of trachea were divided into artificial nose group and routine group randomly. Indexes including irritable cough, viscidity of sputum, transcutaneous oxygen saturation, heart rate and nursing time of all cases were observed and compared. Results: Compared with the routine intermittent injection humidification, airway humidification with artificial nose can reduce irritable cough, viscidity of sputum and heart rate of patients, improve transcutaneous oxygen saturation, and reduce nursing time of them as well. Conclusion: Artificial nose applied in airway management of patients after incision of trachea can achieve an ideal warm and humidification. It has a filtration function and is worth to be generally used in clinic.
