性激素受体及调节蛋白在胃腺癌组织中的表达及其意义

目的：检测雌激素受体（ER），孕激素受体（PR），雄激素受体（AR）及雌激素调节蛋白（PS2）在30例胃腺癌组织中的表达情况,探讨其表达与临床治疗预后的关系。方法：采用免疫组化LSAB法进行检测，结果：ER，PR和AR的阳性率分别为53．3％，60％和16．7％，其表达在不同的组织类型及不同的分化程度之间均无明显差异（P＞0．05），PS2的阳性率为53．33％，在有粘液分泌组的胃腺癌中的表达显高于无粘液分泌组（P＜0．05）。结论：胃腺癌具有较强的合成性激素受体的能力，对性激素的依赖性较大，临床可给予相应的抗性激素的治疗，PS2的表达对判断胃腺癌的预后有重要意义。

Significance of expression of ER, PR, AR and PS2 in human gastric adenocarcinoma

ve: To evaluate the relationship between the expression of ER, PR, AR and PS2 and the prognosis of the gastric adenocarcinoma. Method: By immunohistochemical LSAB method, the expression of ER, PR, AR and PS2 in 30 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma was tested. Results: ER and PR had a higher expression in gastric adenocarcinoma with a total positive rate of 53. 33 % and 60 % respectively, but no outstanding difference was found among different histological types and different differentiation . levels. The expression of PS2 in gastric adenocarcinoma with mucous secretion was remarkably higher than that in adenocarcinoma without mucous secretion (P<0.05). Conclusion: The high expression of ER and PR indicates that gastric adenocarcinoma has high reliability of sex hormones and the necessity of antiestrogenic and antiprogestogenic treatment, PS2 plays an important role in prognosis of gastric adenocarcinoma.
