普洱茶化学成分及药理研究进展

摘    要:普洱茶是由云南大叶种茶树的叶制成的,根据发酵与否,分为普洱生茶与普洱熟茶。自从人们报道了普洱茶具有各种药理活性(降血脂、抗氧化等)后,普洱茶作为一种保健饮品引起了人们的极大关注。本文就普洱茶的化学成分和药理活性以及普洱茶研究中存在的问题和展望进行综述。

Abstract:Pu-erh tea is a kind of tea made of a large leaf variety of the tea plant camellia sinensis in Yunnan.Pu-erh tea can be purchased as either raw(sheng) or ripened(shu)form,depending on processing method on the tea oxidation.Pu-erh tea which is believed to be beneficial beverages for health such as antioxidation,hypocholesterolemia has attracted much attention.This paper reviews the chemical composition and pharmacological properties of pu-erh tea,and discusses the current issues in the study of Pu-erh.
