应用丹参类注射剂治疗冠心病的药物经济学分析

目的：探讨不同丹参类制剂治疗冠心病的经济效果。方法：选择92例冠心病患者,采用4种丹参类注射剂（A组：注射用丹参组;B组：丹参酮ⅡA注射液组;C组：注射用丹参多酚酸盐组;D组：丹参川芎注射液组）进行治疗,运用药物经济学成本-效果分析方法进行评价。结果：4种丹参类注射剂总成本依次为54.50、207.20、252.20和479.20元,总有效率分别为83.3%、92.3%、90.8%和93.1%。结论：注射用丹参多酚酸盐组（C组）方案为治疗冠心病的较佳治疗方案。

Pharmacoeconomic analysis of radix salviae miltiorrhizae injection in treatment of coronary heart disease

Objective:To investigate the economic efficiency of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae Injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods: 92 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into 4 groups,who received different Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae Injections,Salvia Miltiorrhiza for Injection(A),Sodium Tansbinon ⅡA Silate(B),Salvionolic Acids Dialyzate for Injection(C) and Danshen-Chuanxiong Injection(D),respectively.Cost-effectiveness analysis(CEA) was performed following a treatment period.Results:The total costs of the four medicines were 54.50,207.20,252.20 and 479.20 RMB yuan,respectively,while the total effective rates were 83.3%,92.3%,90.8%,and 93.1%,respectively.Conclusion:The therapeutic scheme of C seems to be the best one in treating coronary heart disease.
