芳香化酶抑制剂对大鼠子宫内膜异位灶中生存素及Caspase-3的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨芳香化酶抑制剂对子宫内膜异位灶中生存素(Survivin)及半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶-3(Caspase-3)表达的影响。方法:采用自体子宫内膜移植法建立大鼠子宫内膜异位症(EMs)模型,造模3周后开腹观察、测量异位灶形态及大小,计算体积,将成模大鼠随机分为来曲唑治疗组(A组)及模型对照组(B组),每组20只。给药4周后处死,观察并测量2组异位灶形态、大小,及2组异位内膜及正常内膜组(C组)的内膜组织学形态,并采用免疫组化法检测Survivin及Caspase-3表达情况。结果:给药4周后,A组异位灶较给药前减小(P<0.05);Survivin及Caspase-3均在内膜腺上皮细胞表达,定位于细胞浆。Survivin在A组及C组的阳性率均低于B组(均P<0.01),Caspase-3在A组及C组的阳性率均高于B组(均P<0.01),而Survivin及Caspase-3在A组与C组阳性率差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。异位灶中Survivin与Caspase-3的表达呈负相关(rs=-0.538,P<0.05)。结论:芳香化酶抑制剂可抑制大鼠EMs病灶的生长,并抑制异位灶中Survivin的表达,增加Caspase-3的表达。
