2型糖尿病证候研究规律的思考*

2型糖尿病的中医辨证研究应既有宏观辨证与微观辨证的横向研究,又有以证候演变为轴心,病证结合的纵向研究,两者相结合,就是通过对复杂病症的分层和(或)分段剖析,从单证候因素入手,充分挖掘疾病证候的共性和个性特征,有利于把握2型糖尿病的证候演变规律,对临床诊断治疗有很好的指导意义。

Thinking about research rule of syndrome of TCM in type 2 diabetes

The author considered that the study of syndrome differentiation in type 2 diabetes(T2DM) should be integrating both horizontal study with macrosyndrome differentiation and microsyndrome differentiation and the vertical study with syndrome evolution as the key and integrating of disease and syndrome.That is through stratifying of the complex syndromes or analyzing it paragraph by paragraph,starting research from the single syndrome ele ment,the common and individual characteristics of the syndromes were thoroughly explored.That was helpful for controlling the evolution rule of the syndromes in T2DM and guiding the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
