| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜术后再次行腹腔镜手术的可行性。方法回顾性分析1998年3月至2009年3月,腹腔镜手术后再次腹腔镜手术23例患者的临床资料分析。结果本组23例除1例腹腔镜下难以处理中转开腹外,余均在腹腔镜下完成手术,无严重并发症发生。结论对术前选择合适病例及熟练掌握腹腔镜技术前提下,腹腔镜术后再次行腹腔镜手术是安全、可行的,能达到微创化的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the feasibility of re-operation under laparoscopy for patients with a history of laparoscopy surgery.Methods Twenty-three patients who had received laparoscopy surgery underwent re-operation under laparoscopy between March 1998 and March 2009.Their data were reviewed retrospectively.Results Among them,22 patients were operated on successfully under laparoscopy and 1 received open surgery because of failure of laparoscopy.No severe post-operative complications occurred in all patients.... |
