不同年龄段情志病证患者体质类型分布规律分析

目的]探讨不同年龄段情志病证患者体质类型分布规律。方法]以60例情志病证患者为研究对象,以健康体检者60例为健康对照。以单因素logistic回归分析探讨不同年龄与情志病证的相关性;以中医体质量表对情志病证患者的体质类型进行综合判断,分析其分布规律。结果]两组人群体质类型分布情况,情志病证组气郁质频数与健康对照组比较,明显增加,差异显著(P<0.001),阴虚质、平和质频数比正常组明显减少,有统计学差异(P<0.05,P<0.001);不同年龄段情志病证患者体质类型频数分布情况,60例情志病证患者青年段、中年段各体质类型频数分析结果,经卡方检验无显著差异,但老年段阳虚质较青年组、中年组阳虚质有显著差异(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论]青年段是情志病证高发阶段,气郁质是发病潜病体质,平和质、阴虚质的发病倾向性较小,而老年段阳虚质是易感体质。
