红外热像仪观察血府逐瘀汤对早期糖尿病足的影响

目的]观察血府逐瘀汤治疗早期糖尿病足的疗效。方法]将60例糖尿病足患者随机分为中药治疗组31例,对照组29例。对照组采用基础治疗(控制血糖,抗感染,扩张血管,局部处理等),治疗组在基础治疗上加口服血府逐瘀汤,疗程为4周。观察指标为糖尿病足坏疽疗效判定标准及足部温差热像变化。结果]治疗组总有效率为92.0%,对照组为73.9%,两组在疾病疗效及红外热像结果上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。运用血府逐瘀汤从瘀生湿浊、久病多瘀、瘀阻气机论治早期糖尿病足,取效良好。结论]血府逐瘀汤加基础疗法治疗早期糖尿病足优于单纯西医治疗。

Observation of effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on early diabetes foot with infrared thermograph

Objective] To observe the efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on early diabetic foot.Methods] sixty patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into treatment group(31 cases),and control group(29 cases).The patients in control group were treated with basic therapy and in treatment group with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction based on the basic therapy.The treatment course was 4 weeks.The observed indicators were the efficacy criteria of diabetic foot gangrene and change of temperature difference thermograph in foot.Results] The total effective rate was 92.0% and 73.9% in treatment and control group respectively.There was significant difference of therapeutic effect and infrared thermograph between both groups(P <0.05).Through the theory of that stasis created dampness and turbid,longterm disease had more stasis,stasis could obstruct Qi,Xuefu Zhuyu decoction could treat early diabetic foot with good effect.Conclusion] The effect of the basic treatment with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on diabetic foot is better than western medicine.
