小儿胃镜检查中的护理工作重点

目的:明确小儿胃镜检查中护理工作重点。方法:做好术前小儿及家长的心理护理,取得患儿的配合,摆好体位,固定好口垫;做好胃镜及活检钳等附件的清洗消毒灭菌工作;做好患儿及家长的卫生知识宣教工作。结果:400例小儿胃镜检查中,2例患儿因术前非常不配合拒绝检查,398例检查顺利,无并发症及院内感染发生。结论:严格胃镜、附件的清洗、消毒、灭菌工作,做好患儿及家长的健康教育工作,工作人员做好自身保护,确保小儿胃镜检查的顺利安全。

Discussion the nursing focus in checking of children's pediatric gastroscopy

Objective：To determine the nursing focus of pediatric gastroscopy.Methods：To well-prepared the psychological work with children and their parents before the operation which can obtain the cooperation of patients,to place a proper body position,to fix the mouth pad,to clean,disinfect,and sterilize the gastroscope,to sterize biopsy forceps and other accessories,to teach patients and their parents the health knowledge.Result：Among the 400 cases of pediatric gastroscopy,2 cases of patients were too incorporate to be examined,398 cases were examined smoothly without any complication and nosocomial infection.Conclusion：To carefully clean,disinfect and sterilize gastroscopy and other accessories,to teach patients and their parents health knowledge,and to well protect the staff themselves can guarantee the smooth and safe examination of pediatric gastroscopy.
