以King达标理论为依据的术前访视对妇科手术患者焦虑状况的影响

目的:探讨以King达标理论为依据的术前访视对妇科手术患者焦虑状况的影响。方法:将112例妇科手术患者随机分为实验组和对照组各56例,对照组给予常规术前访视,实验组以King达标理论为依据进行术前访视。采用焦虑自评量表测量患者访视前、手术当日入手术室后的焦虑值,并测量血压和心率,比较其差异。结果:入手术室后实验组患者的焦虑值、收缩压、心率都明显低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:以达标理论为依据的术前访视可以明显降低手术患者的焦虑水平,稳定生命体征,保证麻醉和手术的顺利进行。

The effect of pre-operative visit based on King's goal-attaining theroy on anxiety of patients undergoing gynecological operation

Objective： To explore the effect of pre-operative visit based on King＇s goal-attaining theroy on anxiety of patients undergoing gynecological operation.Methods： 112 cases of gynecological patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,56 cases in each group.Before and after the pre-operative visit,self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）was was used to compare the changes of the patients＇anxiety.To study the difference of two groups in blood pressure,heart rate.Results： The anxiety level,blood pressure and heart rate of patients in the experimental group were obviously reduced compared to those in the control group.The difference were significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： Pre-operative visit based on King＇s goal-attaining theroy can significantly reduce the gynecological patinent＇s anxiety level,stead the vital signs,ensure implemetion of anaesthesia and operation successfully.
