| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨临床药师在抗菌药物综合干预管理中的作用及效果。方法：从临床药师干预抗菌药物管理前后的住院病历中各随机抽取300份进行对照分析。结果：干预后抗菌药物的使用率、抗菌药费、预防性用药的比率等均有明显下降（P〈0.01）。结论：通过临床药师与医院相关部门的综合干预,可有效促进抗菌药物的合理应用与规范化管理。
