天麻素注射液对急性脑梗死的神经保护作用

目的:评价天麻素注射液对于急性脑梗死患者的治疗效果及神经保护作用。方法:采用单中心病例随机对照研究,按入组顺序将146例患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,分别应用天麻素注射液及低分子右旋糖酐治疗。分别在治疗前、治疗后第7天检测血清一氧化氮(NO),一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)水平,同时评价患者神经功能。结果:2组在治疗前血清NO、NOS、SOD、MDA比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后第7天2组血清NO、NOS、SOD水平明显高于治疗前(P<0.01),MDA水平及NIHSS评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.01);治疗后第7天治疗组NO、NOS、SOD水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),MDA水平及NIHSS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:天麻素可改变血清氧化/还原物质的比值,从而达到保护神经细胞的作用,同时明显改善患者临床神经功能。

Neurological Protection of Gastrodin Injection on Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective: To evaluate the effect of the gastrodin injection on patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods:One hundred and forty-six cases of cerebral infarction were divided into the trial group and control group. The levels of nitric oxide (NO), NO-synthase (NOS), serum superoxide (SOD) and malondialdehy (MDA) were detected, and the neurologic functions were also assessed in patients before treatment and 7 days after treatment.
