| 摘 要： | 目的：观察尿石通丸治疗气滞湿阻型尿路结石的疗效和安全性。方法：将74例患者随机分为两组,治疗组56例应用尿石通丸,对照组18例应用排石颗粒,疗程6周。结果：治疗组痊愈18例（32.14%）,有效26例（46.43%）,总有效率78.57%;对照组痊愈3例（16.67%）,有效7例（38.89%）,总有效率55.56%。结论：尿石通丸可明显改善临床症状,有较强的排石功效,安全性好。
