2008-2009年PubMed收录针灸治疗疼痛的文献计量分析

目的]了解国际权威检索工具PubMed数据库收录2008—2009年国际针灸治疗疼痛的研究和发展情况。【方法】利用主题词检索,通过互连网(Internet)查询到PubMed数据库2008—2009年收录有关针灸治疗疼痛研究的文献421篇,排除与研究无关的文献44篇,纳入统计的文献共377篇,在此基础上,按国别分布、期刊出处、研究内容、研究方法、腧穴研究等进行统计分析。【结果】论文来源主要集中在中、美、德、英等国家,文献主要发表在《中国针灸》、《针刺研究》、《JAlternComplementMed》等期刊上,涉及病种广泛,主要集中在腰痛、痛经、头痛、术后痛、膝骨关节痛、肩关节痛等疼痛的研究。【结论】针灸在治疗疼痛方面有很好的疗效,关于针刺镇痛效应的机制,世界各国做了较广泛的研究,针灸作为一种有效的治疗疼痛的方法,愈来愈多地得到国际医学界的关注。

The statistical analysis about the scientific papers of acupuncture treatment on pain embodied by PubMed data base from 2008 to 2009

Objective] To understand the situation of studies and development of international acupuncture treatment on pain from 2008—2009.Methods] A sieries of 421 articles in PubMed data base of internet were re trieved by Mesh,then 377articles excluding unrelated 44 ones were analyzed and concluded for Country distribu tion,Journal Source,research contents,research methods,and acupoint research.Results] Most of the articles were from China,America,Germany and Britain.Periodical sources were mainly focused on Zhongguozhenjiu,Acupunct Med,JAltern Complement Med,covering a wide range of diseases,mainly in the low back pain,dysmenorrhea,headache,postoperative pain,knee joint pain,shoulder pain research.Conclusion] Acupuncture in the treatment of pain had done a more indepth study on the mechanism of acupuncture analgesia,the world made a more extensive study of acupuncture as an effective method of treatment of pain,get more and more international medical circles.
