胸部CT表现正常的慢性咳嗽80例临床分析

目的探讨慢性咳嗽的诊断和治疗。方法回顾分析了80例慢性咳嗽患者的临床资料。结果80例慢性咳嗽患者中,以鼻后滴流综合征最多,为26例(32%),咳嗽变异性哮喘22例(27.5%),胃食管返流病12例(15%),早期慢性支气管炎8例(10%),上呼吸道感染后气道高反应性5例(6.2%),冠心病3例(3.75%),气管下段带蒂肿瘤1例,病因未明3例(3.75%)。结论慢性咳嗽的病因繁多,应结合病史、伴随症状及相应的实验室检查综合分析,以免误诊。

Clinical analysis of 80 cases of chronic cough with normal chest CT manifestation

Objective To explore diagnosis and treatment of chronic cough.Methods Clinical data of 80 patients with chronic cough were analyzed retrospectively.Results In 80 cases of chronic cough,26 cases (32%) of postnasal drip syndrome,22 cases(27.5%) of cough variant asthma,12 cases (15%) of gastroesophageal reflux,8 cases (10%) of early chronic bronchitis,5 cases(6.2%)of airway hyperreactivity after upper respiratory infection,3 cases (3.75%) of coronary artery disease,1case of pedunculated tumor of inferior trachea,3 cases of unknown etiopathogenisis.Conclusion There are various etiopathogenisis of chronic cough.Comprehensive analysis should be including case history,concomitant symptoms and laboratory examination to avoid misdiagnosis.
