| 摘 要： | 目的 评价HY-CALTMMT氢氧化钙糊剂消毒根管的临床疗效.方法 选择76颗需做根管治疗的患牙随机分为两组,实验组使用HY-CALTMMT氢氧化钙糊剂进行根管内消毒,对照组使用Reoko氢氧化钙药尖消毒根管,分别对患牙根管封药后的临床疗效评价并比较.结果 两组根管消毒剂的临床疗效无统计学差异.结论 HY-CALTMMT氢氧化钙糊剂作为根管消毒剂疗效良好,能有效地起到杀菌效果,并且操作简便.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the antibacterial effects of HY-CALTMMT Calcium Hydroxide pastes on infected root canals. Method The infected teeth (76 cases) were randomly divided into two groups.In experimental group, HY-CALTMMT Calcium Hydroxide pastes were used as intracanall medicament, while in control group Reoko Calcium Hydroxide points disinfecting root canals were adopted. Clinical effects were evaluated after treatment. Result The clinical results of the two groups were effective. No significant difference was found between the two groups. Conclusion HY-CALTMMT Calcium Hydroxide pastes can be used as a disinfected agent for the treatment of infected root canals. |
