| 摘 要： | 观察复方丹参滴丸对治疗老年脂肪肝的影响。将 12 0例老年脂肪肝患者平均分为观察组和对照组。两组均予口服多烯康胶囊、吉非罗齐胶囊等治疗 ,观察组加服复方丹参滴丸 ,疗程为3个月。结果 :观察组总有效率为 91 6 7% ,对照组总有效率为 6 8 34% ,P <0 0 1。提示复方丹参滴丸对老年脂肪肝具有良好的协同治疗作用

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical efficacy of "Compound Danshen Pill" in the treatment of senile fatty liver, 120 subjects were equally randomized into treatment group and control group. Duoxikang Capsule and Gemifibrozil Capsule were orally given in two groups, besides, "Compound Danshen Pill" was additionally given in treatment group, with a course of 3 months. Results: The total effective rate was 91.67% in treatment group and 68.34% in control group, with a great significance between them (P<0.01). It is revealed that "Compound Danshen Pill" is quite effective to help other medicines treat senile fatty liver. |
