舒适护理在外科围手术期应用的临床研究

目的探讨舒适护理在外科围手术期的应用及护理效果。方法将我院2009年6月至2010年6月收治的104例手术患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各52例,治疗组给予舒适护理,对照组给予传统护理,比较两组患者手术前的心理状况及满意程度。结果观察组的焦虑、抑郁程度较护理前显著改善,P<0.05。对照组无显著变化,P>0.05,观察组在心理状况方面显著优于对照组,P<0.05。且观察组的满意率为92.3%(48/52)显著高于对照组71.1%(37/52),P<0.05。结论舒适护理有利于改善外科手术患者的不良情况,提高满意度。

Comfort Care in the Surgical Perioperative Clinical Research

Objective To evaluate the comfort care in the application of surgical and perioperative care results.Methods Our hospital from June 2009 to June 2010,104 cases of surgical treated patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 52 cases,the treatment group was given comfort care,control group received traditional care,compared two groups of patients before surgery psychological status and satisfaction.Results The anxiety,depression care were significantly higher than improved,P〈0.05.No significant change in the control group,P〈0.05,the psychological status of the observation group were significantly better than the control group,P〈0.05.And the satisfaction of the observation group was 92.3%（48/52） was significantly higher than 71.1%（37/52）,P〈0.05.Conclusion comfort care in patients undergoing surgery will help to improve the adverse conditions to improve satisfaction.
