微创颅内血肿清除术在慢性硬膜下血肿手术中应用的临床研究

目的对采用微创颅内血肿清除术对患有慢性硬膜下血肿的患者进行治疗的临床效果进行比较分析。方法抽取60例在我院就诊的患有慢性硬膜下血肿的临床确诊患者病例,将其随机分为A、B两组各30例。A组患者采用传统开放手术的方法进行治疗;B组患者采用微创颅内血肿清除术进行治疗。对两组患者的临床治疗效果、并发症和不良反应现象进行比较分析。结果分析结果表明,B组患者的临床治疗效果与A组患者比较,其有效率高出很多,有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗过程中没有出现比较严重的并发症和不良反应现象,没有显著的统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论用微创颅内血肿清除术对患有慢性硬膜下血肿的患者进行治疗的临床效果非常明显,具有疗效好、操作简单、安全可靠、并发症少等特点,可以作为今后临床对该类患者进行治疗的首选方法,值得进一步使用和推广。

Minimally Invasive Intracranial Haematoma of Operation in Chronic Subdural Hematoma Surgery of the Applications of the Clinical Research

Objective The removal of intracranial hematomas in minimally invasive operation with chronic subdural hematoma patients in the clinical effect of treatment for comparison analysis. Methods Extracted in the people＇s hospital of Cili clinic of 60 patients with chronic subdural hematoma, clinical diagnosis of patients, it will be randomly divided into A, B two group of each 30 cases. A group of patients with traditional open surgery method for treatment; group B patients with intracranial hematoma minimally invasive of operation for treatment. Two groups of patients for clinical treatment effect, complications, and adverse reaction phenomena are comparatively analyzed. Results The analysis results show that the group B patients for clinical treatment effect and A group of patients were compared with the efficient, much higher, A significant statistical difference （P〈0.05）; two groups of patients in the course of treatment did not appear serious complications and adverse reaction phenomena, no significant statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion With minimally invasive intracranial haematoma of operation for people with chronic subdural hematoma patients in the clinical treatment effect is very obvious, has good curative effect, the operation is simple, safe and reliable, and less complications can be as the future clinical characteristics, treatment for the patients, the preferred method is worth further use and promotion.
