食管癌患者食管胃壁内吻合与机械吻合术比较研究

目的探讨食管癌切除术后食管胃壁内吻合与机械吻合术对患者的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2008年5月至2011年2月收治的125例食管癌患者,其中实验组65例行食管胃壁内吻合术,对照组60例行机械吻合术,然后分析两组患者术后并发症和生活质量。结果实验组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。主要表现在吻合口狭窄和反流性食管炎的发生率上实验组显著低于对照组。两组术后3个月生活质量比较差异无统计学意义。但是在术后6个月后,实验组患者生活质量明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对食管癌患者行食管胃壁内吻合术较机械吻合减少了术后并发症发生同时提高了患者生活质量,是较理想的术式值得在临床上推广。

The Comparative Study of Esophageal Gastric Anastomosis and Mechanical Anastomosis

Objective To investigate the effect of esophageal anastomosis and mechanical in patients.Methods A analysis of our hospital from May 2008 to February 2011 treated 125 patients,65 patients had esophageal anastomosis,the other 60 had mechanical anastomosis,and two groups were analyzed postoperative complications and quality of life.Results The complication rate was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After 6 months the experimental group patients quality of life than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Patients with esophageal anastomosis than the mechanical anastomosis reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve patient quality of life,is an ideal type of surgery should be in clinical practice.
