某院医务人员锐器伤现状调查分析及防护探讨

目的了解我院临床一线医务人员锐器伤情况以及采取的防护措施。方法采用回顾性问卷调查方式调查我院104名临床一线医务人员1年内锐器伤的有关情况。结果不同年限锐器伤发生率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.63,P<0.05);锐器伤的致伤环节明显;普遍医务人员能正确处理伤口,但进行血液检测率、注射乙型肝炎疫苗率、上报率、佩戴手套率不容乐观;72.36%的医务人员发生锐器伤后存在心理压力。结论强化医务人员职业安全教育,完善规章制度,规范操作,实施锐器伤后的规范处理流程和人性化关怀,保障医务人员健康安全。

Analysis and Probe in the Situation of the Medic Staff Sharp Injury and Protection

Objective To realize the situation of medic workers of being hurt by sharp medic equipment and corresponding protection measures. Methods A retrospective inquiry has been applied to the 104 clinical medic workers to investigate the information of being hurt by sharp medic equipment in one year. Results The differences among different yearly sharp injury rate are statistically significant （χ2=8.63, P〈0.05）. Situations making the medic workers vulnerable are obvious. Among those injured, average medic worker can properly deal with the wound. While the rate of taking post-injury blood tested, Hepatitis B vaccine injection and reporting are not optimistic. 72.36% among those injured have post-injury trama. Conclusions Professional safety education for medic workers should be strengthened while the relevant hospital protocols and regulars to be completed. All medic workers should standardize their operations. The promotion of post-injury standardized process and humanization care can ensure the medic workers＇ health and safety.
