摘    要:目的探讨善释D-10补片在老年腹股沟直疝无张力修补术中的手术方法和临床疗效。方法共计101例腹股沟直疝患者按随机原则实施分组,接受善释D-10补片前入路腹膜前修补术(A组)或Lichtenstein平片手术(B组)。对患者手术前合并症、手术时间、术后并发症、术后住院天数、复发率进行综合分析。结果两组病例在性别比例、平均年龄、合并疾病等方面相似,具有可比性。随访1~3年,A组无复发,B组4例复发。结论应用善释D-10补片行开放性前入路腹膜前修补其安全可靠、疗效确切、操作简单、并发症少、费用相对低,尤其适用于疝环或腹横筋膜缺损范围较大的老年直疝患者。值得推广。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the operative method and clinical effect of open preperitoneal groin tension-free hernioplasty for treating direct inguinal hernia in elderly patients by using easy prosthesis D-10 patch.Methods 101 cases(109 sides) of direct inguinal hernia were randomly allocated to receive open preperitoneal herniorraphy with easy prosthesis D-10 patch or Lichtenstein procedure.The preoperative complications,operation time,postoperative complications,hospital stay time and postoperative recurrent rate were synthetically analyzed.Results There was no significant difference between two groups in gender,mean age and combined diseases.All the patients were followed from 1 year to 3 years.Recurrent hernia occurred in 4 cases of B group and 0 of A group.Conclusions The open preperitoneal groin tension-free hernioplasty by using easy prosthesis D-10 is a safe and credible operative method with few complications,simple operation and less cost especially for direct inguinal hernia in elderly patients with large hernia ring or defect of transverse fascia.It is worthy of popularizing.
