护理延伸服务对泌尿系结石患者自我管理的作用

目的评价护理延伸服务对泌尿系结石患者自我管理能力的作用。方法将116例泌尿系结石患者随机分成观察组和对照组各58例,住院期间均予以常规护理和健康宣教,观察组出院后分阶段、持续进行护理延伸服务(定期电话回访、家庭访视、群体教育、患者交流会),对患者自我管理能力进行干预;随访2年后观察两组在掌握疾病相关知识情况、自我管理能力、结石复发率方面的差异。结果观察组患者掌握疾病相关知识情况、自我管理能力等方面均优于对照组,结石复发率明显低于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论护理延伸服务可以提高患者自我管理能力,在一定程度上避免结石的反复发作。

The Effect Role of Extended Care Services for the Self-management of Patients with Urinary Stone

Objective To evaluate the extended care services for patients with urinary stone the role of self-management skills.Method The 116 cases of urinary stone patients were divided into two groups,an experimetal group and a controled one each with 58 cases respectively,Both are taken routine care of and given health propaganda.after discharge from hospital including.on-going extended care services.ongoing（regular telephone interviews,home visits,group education,communication） to intervene the self-management of patients.After 2 years follow-up were observed in the control of disease-related knowledge,self-management skills,stone recurrence rate differences.Results The experimetal patients disease-related knowledge to master the situation,self-management skills were better than the control group,Stone recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group,Two groups had significant difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Extended care services can improve the self-management of patients and,to a certain extent,prevent the recurrence of stones,reduce and,improve to avoid recurrent stones.
