| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理风险教育对护士在护理工作中的风险处理中的作用。方法对我院2008年4月至2010年9月门诊内科就诊的500例患者的护理风险以及患者满意度进行比较分析。结果护理干预组患者出现的护理风险明显低于对照组(P<0.05),对照组患者对护理的满意度明显低于护理干预组(P<0.05)。结论通过对护士的风险教育可明显提高护士对护理风险的处理能力,从而降低医疗风险。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the risk of nursing education for nurses in nursing work in the role of risk management. Methods The hospital in April 2008-2010 out-patient medical treatment in September of 500 patients care risk and comparative analysis of patient satisfaction. Results The patients in the nursing care intervention group was significantly lower than the control group risk （P〈0.05）, control group patients was significantly lower than satisfaction with nursing care intervention group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The risk of nursing education can significantly increase the risk of nurses to care capacity, thereby reducing the medical risks. |
