| 摘 要： | 目的观察大勃提取物的抗肿瘤作用。方法用MTT法探讨大马勃提取液体外抗肿瘤作用。结果大马勃提取物有抗肿瘤活性。结论大马勃提取物有一定的抗肿瘤活性。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the antitumor effects of the extract from Calvatia gigantea Lloyd.Methods Using MTT method to discuss the antitumor effect of ethanol extracts from Calvatia gigantea Lloyd in vitro.Result Anti tumor activity with the antitumor effect of ethanol extracts from Calvatia gigantea Lloyd.Conclusion The study shows that Calvatia gigantean Lloyd extracts has some antitumor activity in vitro. |
