两种手术方式白内障摘除术的临床疗效对比分析

目的比较小切口非超声乳化与超声乳化两种手术方式治疗白内障的临床效果。方法回顾性分析43例(49眼)小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术和45例(50眼)超声乳化白内障摘除术的临床资料,统计分析两组患者治疗效果。结果两组平均手术时间、术后视力恢复等情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),超声乳化组术后并发症稍高于小切口非超声乳化,但二者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术具有切口小,并发症少,简便易行,费用低,不需高昂设备等优点,是适合基层医院应用的好方法。

Clinical Comparative Analysis of Two Surgical Methods of Cataract Surgery

Objective Relatively small incision phacoemulsification with phacoemulsification cataract two surgical methods of treatment of clinical effect.Methods Retrospective analysis of 43 cases（49） small incision phacoemulsification cataract surgery and 45 patients（50 eyes） phacoemulsification cataract surgery clinical data,statistical analysis of two groups of patient outcomes.Results The mean operative time,postoperative visual acuity and so the difference was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）,postoperative complications,slightly higher than phacoemulsification small incision phacoemulsification,but the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Small incision phacoemulsification cataract surgery with small incision,few complications,simple,low cost,without expensive equipment,etc.,the primary hospital for the application of a good way.
