卡马西平联用多虑平治疗原发性三叉神经痛疗效观察

目的观察和探讨卡马西平联合多虑平治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法选取我院2009年至2011年的原发性三叉神经痛患者86例,将患者随机的分为治疗组和对照组各43例,治疗组使用卡马西平联合多虑平治疗,对照组使用卡马西平治疗,比较两组临床症状的改变状况。结果治疗组有效40例,总有效率93.0%,对照组有效35例,总有效率81.3%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而且治疗组的不良反应少。结论卡马西平联合多虑平治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效好、安全性高,值得临床推广使用。

The Efficacy of Carbamazepine Combined with Doxepin Treatment of Primary Trigeminal Neuralgia
