| 摘 要： | 目的探讨前列腺等离子电切除术(PKRP)联合经尿道肾镜下气压弹道/超声碎石术治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)合并膀胱结石的治疗效果。方法采用PKRP和瑞士EMS公司第三代气压弹道/超声碎石清石系统治疗BPH合并膀胱结石35例。结果 35例患者均一次手术成功,结石清除率100%,未发生电切综合征、膀胱穿孔等并发症。术后随访3～12个月,所有患者均排尿通畅,无结石复发,无尿道狭窄。结论 PKRP联合经尿道肾镜下气压弹道/超声碎石术是治疗BPH并发膀胱结石的一种理想方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effective treatment for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）complicated with bladder calculi.Methods 35 cases of BPH with bladder calculi were treated with PKRP and Switzerland＇s third-generation pneumatic/ultrasound.Results The success rate of the operation was 100%,stone clearance rate of 100%.Not occurred transurethral resection syndrome,bladder perforation.All patients were followed up for 3～12 months,no stone recurrence,no urethral stricture.Conclusions PKRP combined transurethral nephroscope pneumatic/ultrasound lithotripsy can be an ideal way for the treatment of BPH combined with bladder calculi. |
