某院2010年儿科感染用药应用状况分析

目的我院2010年儿科感染用药主要克林霉素磷酸酯的应用状况分析,并提供合理用药建议。方法回归性分析2010年1月至12月份住院儿科感染病例共600的临床资料进行回顾性调查。结果使用的感染用药主要为美洛西林钠、阿莫西林克拉维酸、头孢呋辛、克林霉素磷酸酯等。单一用药400例,不合理用药例数为110例,其中克林霉素磷酸酯不合理应用25例,多为不做皮试试验导致用药起点过高和用药时间过长。结论儿科感染用药的合理使用是全社会的问题,要加强感染用药合理使用制度的培训,积极做好皮试试验,提高感染用药合理使用率。

The Pediatric Infectious Drug Application in a Hospital on 2010

Objective To analysis of pediatric infectious drug application in Yibin MCH on 2010 for providing rational drug recommendations. Methods Retrospectively analysis the clinical investigation of 2010 year hospitalized a total of 600 pediatric cases of infection. Results The main use of infection medication wet mezlocillin, amlodipine amoxicillin, cefuroxime and so on. Monotherapy was 400 cases, the number of cases of irrational drug use were 110 cases, includedunreasonable application of mezlocillin were 25 cases that mostly for testing skin test result did not do drugs too high a threshold and medication for too long. Conclusions The rational use of pediatric infectious drug problems is the whole society, we should strengthen the system of rational use of infection medication training, testing positive skin test to improve infection medication and reasonable utilization.
