微创置管术中不冲洗治疗慢性硬膜下血肿

目的：探讨微创置管联合三通密闭y-1型脑室引流器术中不冲洗治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的可行性。方法：局麻下，颅骨钻孔，硬膜切开置管，联合三通密闭y-1型脑室引流器治疗。47例慢性硬膜下血肿。结果：全组病人46例痊愈，无颅内积气发生。随访3～6个月，无复发。结论：微创置管联合三通密闭y-1型脑室引流器治疗慢性硬膜下血肿可行，既能充分清除血肿，又从根本上避免了颅内积气的发生。

Minimally Invasive Drainage Tube Placement and No Elutriation for Chronic Subdural Hematoma

Objective： To discuss the feasibility of minimally invasive drainage tube placement with closed tee junctions y-1 type ventricle drainage apparatus and no elutriation for chronic subdural hematoma. Methods： Under local anesthesia, 47 cases of chronic subdural hematoma were treated by burr hole drainage with closed tee - junctions y-1 type ventricle drainage apparatus. Results： All of the 47 cases were healed of the disease. Follow-up for 3-6 months, no recurrence and no pneumocephalus. Conclusions： Minimally invasive tube placement with closed tee-junctions irrigation for chronic subdural hematoma is feasible, which can drain the hematoma and avoid pneumocephalus effectively.
