摘    要:目的 :研究鬼臼毒素涂膜剂的制备及其质量控制方法。方法 :采用正交函数法筛选鬼臼毒素涂膜剂的处方 ,二阶导数紫外分光光度法对其进行含量测定。结果 :所选处方的鬼臼毒素在80~180μg/ml范围内 ,浓度与二阶导数光谱301 5nm~315nm波长处的峰面积呈线形关系 ,C=1052 41Au—8 74 ,r=0 9999。结论 :鬼臼毒素涂膜剂的制备工艺简单 ,质量控制方法可行

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To investigate the preparing process and method of quality control of the podophyllotoxin film former METHODS:To sift the formula of podophyllotoxin film former with orthogonal function and to determine the content by second derivative UV-spectrophotometry RESULTS:The peak area of podophyllotoxin against the concentration was linear with a correlation coefficient of 0 9 999 over the range of 80~180μg/ml and detecting at wavelength 301 5nm~315nm CONC_LUSION:The preparing process of podophyllotoxin film former is simple and the method of quality control is feasible
