| 摘 要： | 培养实习医师临床思维能力是临床医学教育的一个重要环节。以临床问题为主导的方法是培养医学生临床思维能力的重要手段。它是思维科学规律与临床医学特点的有机结合，是一种积极、主动的学习工作方法，克服了传统医学教育模式中的一些缺陷。

| Abstract: | To train interns' clinical thoughts ability is an important tache of clinical medical education.It is an important means to train the ability of clinical thoughts for taking clinical problems as a major guide.It is an organic combination of the scientific thought rule with the characteristics of clinical medicine,and it is a positive and active method of learning and working.And it overcomes some defects in traditional medical education pattern. |
