| 摘 要： | 目的初步探讨乙型肝炎免疫球蛋白聚氰基丙烯酸正丁酯纳米粒(HBIG-PBCA-NP)的肝靶向性。方法HBIG-PBCA-NP与HepG2.2.15细胞及QSG7701细胞共孵育,透射电镜观察细胞内的纳米粒;以HBIG-PBCA-NP、PBCA-NP或HBIG尾静脉注射昆明小鼠,透射电镜观察肝细胞内的纳米粒,免疫组织化学检测肝组织HBIG的含量。结果透射电镜照片显示HepG2.2.15细胞和QSG7701细胞的胞核和胞浆内可见纳米粒,昆明种小鼠肝组织中可见大量的纳米粒;肝组织HBIG免疫组织化学结果表明相同浓度的HBIG-PBCA-NP组比HBIG组显色更明显(P<0.01)。结论HBIG-PBCA-NP较HBIG肝靶向性更好。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the liver-targeting of HBIG-PBCA-NP in vitro and in vivo. Methods QSG7701 cells and HepG2.2.15 cells were cultured with DMEM and HBIG-PBCA-NP,the cells was collected for detection of the nanoparticle by transmission electron microscope(TEM);HBIG-PBCA-NP,PBCA-NP and HBIG were administrated to the mice by the tail intravenous injection,then the mice were killed and the liver tissiue were collected for detecting the nanoparticle by TEM and HBIG by immunohistochemistry.
