| 摘 要： | 探讨了陈实功在《外科正宗》中诊治疮疡重视脾胃的学术思想，陈实功认为疮疡的发生、发展及预后转归与脾胃关系密切，故确立疮疡标本缓急、新久先后上以脾胃为先；应用疮疡内治法时兼顾脾胃；具体遣方用药不可纯用寒凉，以防伤脾败胃；平时、病后调摄防护上注意护脾健胃。为临床治疗疮疡提供一条实用途径。

| Abstract: | Inquired into Chen Shigong＇ s research idea that he valued spleen and stomach when treating skin and external diseases in Orthodox Manual of External Diseases. Chen Shigong considered that spleen and stomach was closely related with happening, development and prognosis of skin and external diseases. So he valued spleen and stomach when treating, and considered that can not purely use the cold and cool medicine to prevent harming spleen and stomach. And should protect spleen and stomach on nursing and protection at ordinary and illed times. It provided a practical way for treating skin and external diseases in clinic. |
