| 摘 要： | 目的讨论锁定钢板结合可吸收螺钉治疗肱骨头颈部粉碎骨折的临床疗效。方法2005年，7月至2007年7月，应用锁钉板结合可吸收螺钉治疗肱骨近端合并肱骨头粉碎骨折12例。结果经6～12个月随访，无内固定松动、断裂，全部骨折均愈合。肩关节功能恢复优良率91．7％。结论锁定钢板结合可吸收螺钉固定，是治疗肱骨近端合并肱骨头粉碎骨折的有效方法。

| Abstract: | ObJective To discuss clinical effects of treating complex fractures of proximal humerus with locking plate and adsorbable screw. Methods 12 cases of complex fractures of proximal humerus were treated with internal fixation using locking plate and adsorbable screw from Jul. 2005 to Jul. 2007. Results The follow- up were 6 to 12 months, and all cases were bone union. There were no one case occurred internal fixation loosing or breakdown. 11 of 12 patients （91.7%） had the excellent shoulder joint function. Conclusion It is an effective method to treat complex fractures of proximal humerus with internal fixation using locking plate and adsorbable screw. |
