| 摘 要： | 目的探讨卵巢原发恶性囊实性肿瘤的螺旋CT影像特点。方法回顾性分析37例经手术病理证实的卵巢原发恶性囊实性肿瘤的临床资料和螺旋CT表现。结果37例中上皮性肿瘤34例，生殖细胞肿瘤3例。转移方式以腹腔种植转移多见。结论卵巢原发囊实性肿瘤的CT影像有一定特点，对临床定位定性诊断有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the imaging features of specific CT in primary malignant solid cystic ovarian neoplasm. Methods Imaging features of 37 patients with primary malignant solid-cystic ovarian neoplasms proved by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results In the 37 cases, there were 34 cases of ovarian epithelial tumor,3 cases of ovarian germ cell tumor. Peritoneal dissemination were commonly revealed. Conclusion Specific CT characteristics were helpful in the diagnosis of primary malignant solid cystic ovarian neoplasm. |
