中西医结合治疗输卵管妊娠效果观察

目的探讨中西医结合治疗输卵管妊娠的效果。方法将80例未破裂型输卵管妊娠患者分为两组，各40例。对照组采用氨甲蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用中药内服，分析对比两组的疗效。结果观察组治愈率87．5％，高于对照组的67．5％（P〈0．05）；观察组治疗期间人绒毛膜促性腺激素（β-human chorionic gonadotrophin，β—HCG）下降优于对照组（P〈0．01）；两组不良反应发生率接近（P〉0．05）。结论中药内服联合氨甲蝶呤及米非司酮治疗输卵管妊娠疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。

Observation on combination of TCM and western medicine in the treatment of tubal pregnancy

Objective To investigate the effects of combination of TCM and western medicine in the treatment of tubal pregnancy. Methods Eighty patients of unruptured tubal pregnancy in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and Methotrexate combined with mifepristone and observation group who were treated with the traditional with Chinese Medicine additionally. Therapeutic effects of the patients in both groups were comparatively analyzed. Results The cure rate of the patients in the observation group （ 87.5 % ） was higher than that of the control group （ 67.5 % ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. During the course of treatment, the decrease of β- HCG of patients in the observation group was faster than that of the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The adverse effect incidence rates of the two were close （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Methotrexate combined with Mifepristone and Chinese Herbs treatment has definite therapeutic effects for tubal pregnancy and is worthy of clinical application.
