| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨应用闭合复位克氏针固定治疗跖附关节损伤的临床疗效。方法:应用闭合复位克氏针固定治疗跖附关节损伤22例。结果:所有患者获平均8月随访,根据美国足踝协会(AOFAS)评分平均86分。结论:闭合复位克氏针内固定能有效治疗跖附关节损伤。

| Abstract: | Objective To report the clinical results of treatment of tarsometatarsal joint injuries by close reduction and percutaneou skunt scher pin fixation. Methods 22 cases of tarsotarsal joint injuries were treated with close reduction and percutaneous. Result A mean follow up of 8 moths revealed a mean score of 88 according to American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society (AOFAS) midmidfoot scoring system. Conclusions Tsrsonetatarsal joint injuries can be treated well by close reductionand percutaneous kunt scher pin fiXation. |
