| 摘 要： | 类固醇激素合成急性调节蛋白(StAR)在胆固醇的代谢中发挥重要的作用。近期研究表明StAR同样表达于肝脏组织中，通过调节胆汁酸的合成，增加胆固醇的排泄。这为脂肪肝等脂类代谢异常类疾病的防治提供了一条新的途径。

| Abstract: | Steroidogenic acute regulatory protein plays a role in cholesterol metabolism.Recently,researches indicate that it is also expressed in the liver.StAR increases the excretion of cholesterol by regulating the synthesis of bile acid.The findings provide a new way for the prevention and cure of diseases of lipid dysfunction such as hepar adiposum. |
