原发性支架植入术治疗自发性急性心肌梗死疗效分析

目的 比较原发性支架植人术和药物治疗自发性急性心肌梗死的临床疗效。方法选取2002年5月-2012年5月我院治疗的自发性急性心肌梗死患者102例作为研究对象。接受原发性支架植入术的患者为实验组，未接受原发性支架植入术的患者为对照组，两组采用相同且适当的护理方法，比较两组治疗前后的疗效差异，比较患者1、3年生存率、主要不良心脑血管事件（MACCE）发生率、心脏射血分数（EF）等项目差异。结果两组比较发现，术后3年生存率、主要不良心脑血管事件（MACCE）发生率、心脏射血分数（EF）差异有统计学意义（P均〈0．05），原发性支架植入术的疗效明显强于药物治疗。结论原发性支架植入术治疗自发性急性心肌梗死的临床疗效强于药物治疗，各疗效评价指标显著优于对照组，临床应用更具有优势。

Analysis of therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of spontaneous acute myocardial infarction by primary stent implanta-tion

Objective To compare the clinical curative effect of primary stent implantation and drug therapy for sponta- neous acute myocardial infarction. Methods 102 patients with spontaneous acute myocardial infarction in our hospital were divided into two groups：the observed group （primary stent implantation） and control group （conventional drug treatment）. Two groups were given the same and proper nursing, compared two groups before and after treatment in the curative effect of differ- ence, such as 1,3 year survival rate, incidence of major adverse cerebral cardiovascular events （MACCE）, heart function reten- tion level etc. Results Two groups of comparisons results had significant difference at 3 year survival rate, incidence of major adverse cerebral cardiovascular events （MACCE） and heart ejection fraction （EF）,P〈0.05, the effect of primary stent implanta- tion was superior to the drug treatment. Conclusion Primary stent implantation treating spontaneous acute myocardial infarc- tion has better clinical curative effect than drug therapy,which is worthy to spread in clinic.
