曲美他嗪联合稳心颗粒治疗不稳定性心绞痛疗效观察

目的观察比较曲美他嗪联合稳心颗粒治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取我院2012年3～6月收治的不稳定性心绞痛患者100例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各50例。实验组服用曲美他嗪及稳心颗粒8周,其他措施两组患者均完全相同,观察比较两组的总有效率、发病次数及持续时间。结果实验组总有效率高于对照组,发病次数及持续时间均低于对照组,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论曲美他嗪与稳心颗粒联合应用治疗不稳定性心绞痛较常规治疗效果更好,安全性更高。

Clinical efficacy of patients with unstable angina by trimetazidine and steady heart pellet

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of patients with unstable angina by trimetazidine and steady heart pellet.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with unstable angina who were treated in our hospital from Mar 2012 to Jun 2012 were collected,then patients were divided into control group （n=50） and observation group （n=50） by using a random number table,patients in the observation group were given trimetazidine and steady heart pellet,other measures for two groups were the same,the total effective rate,the number and duration of each group were evaluated after 8 weeks.Results The total efficient rate was higher in the observation group than that in the control group （P0.05）,the number and duration were lower in the observation group than that in the control group （P0.05）.Conclusion The efficacy of patients with unstable angina by trimetazidine and steady heart pellet is better and safe.
