高频彩色多普勒超声对精索静脉曲张诊断分型的预后评估意义

目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声对精索静脉曲张诊断分型对临床治疗预后的评估意义。方法根据精索静脉内径、返流程度及时间分为4型，据此分组，对比手术前后自觉症状及精液检查结果，并进行统计学分析，评价各组差异。结果术后6个月69．2％患者自觉症状完全消失，精液检查：临床Ⅰ型及亚临床型无明显改善（P〉0．05），临床Ⅱ型及Ⅲ型有明显改善（P〈0．05），具有统计学意义。结论高频彩色多普勒超声对精索静脉曲张诊断分型对临床治疗预后的评估具有重要意义。

High frequency color doppler nitrasound in diagnosis typing and prognostic significance of the varicocele

Objective To investigate the high frequency color doppler ultrasound in diagnosis typing and prognostic sig- nificance of the varicocele. Methods Divided into four types,based on the internal diameter, the regurgitation and the time of spermatic vein regurgitation. Grouped,compared the symptoms and semen test results before and after surgery, and statistical analysis,evaluation of each group difference. Results 69.2% of patients＇ symptoms was completely disappeared after 6 months, semen examination：clinical stage I and subclinical were not obviously improved （P〉0.05）, clinical stage Ⅱ and clinical stage Ⅲwere significantly improved statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion High frequency color doppler ul- trasound in diagnostic classification and prognostic evaluation of the varieoeele is very important.
