| 摘 要： | 目的研究大黄素对肠上皮细胞炎症模型Caco-2细胞Caspase-3表达的影响。方法对LPS诱导的Caco-2炎症细胞模型,采用不同浓度的大黄素干预处理,用RT-PCR和westernblot法检测Caspase-3表达的情况。结果 LPS诱导的Caco-2细胞Caspase-3的表达升高,不同浓度大黄素作用于LPS诱导的Caco-2细胞24h后,Caspase-3mRNA和蛋白表达随大黄素浓度的增加而下降。结论大黄素抑制Caco-2炎症细胞模型凋亡因子Caspase-3的表达,抑制Caco-2细胞凋亡。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of emodin on the expression of Caspase-3.Methods To establish LPS induced Caco-2 cell model of inflammation,different concentration of emodin inflammatory cells after treatment model,using RT-PCR and Western blot method for the detection of Caspase-3 expression.Results The expression of Caspase-3 increased in LPS induced Caco-2 cells.Different concentration of emodin in LPS Caco-2 cells induced by 24h,Caspase-3 mRNA and protein expression decreased with emodin concentration increases.Conclusion Emodin inhibits Caco-2 cell model of inflammation apoptosis factor expression of Caspase-3,inhibition of apoptosis in Caco-2 cells. |
