妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤的临床诊治和妊娠结局分析

目的总结妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者的临床表现、处理和对妊娠结局的影响。方法我院2007年1月～2012年1月诊治54例妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者,现回顾性分析其临床资料、诊治和妊娠结局。结果妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤和卵巢瘤样病变的总发病率为0.68%,超声检查发现48例,磁共振发现4例,剖宫产术中探查2例;18例在孕期行手术治疗,36例保守治疗;足月产42例,早产4例,流产8例。结论超声检查及MRI检查在妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤的诊断中具有重要临床意义,治疗时期以孕中期最适合,治疗方式以肿瘤切除术为常见。

Clinical analysis and pregnancy outcome of 54 patients with ovarian tumor during pregnancy

Objective To explore the clinical analysis,management and pregnancy outcome in patient with ovarian tumor during pregnancy.Methods The clinical data of 54 ovarian tumor who treated,operated and pathology conducted from Jan 2007 to Jan 2012 during pregnancy were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among 54 patients,48 patients were found by sonography,4 patients were found by magnetic resonance,2 patients were found by cesarean section.The rate of ovarian tumor and ovarian tumor like condition during pregnancy was 0.68%,18 received operation,36 patients with conservative treatment,term birth was in 42 patients,premature birth was in 4 patients,miscarriage was in 8 patients.Conclusion Ovarian tumor during pregnant period must be treated positively and carefully,sonogaraphy and magnetic resonance are principally important in the diagnosis and detection of ovarian tumor during pregnancy,correct therapy can enhance recovery rate and reduce rate of ovarian tumor,premature labor,fetal and maternal mortality.
